“ I am not sure where or how the information about his death while he was flying. It was not in Northern Manitoba. He was killed in June 1979 in Frobisher Bay (now called Iqaluit) NWT. I have a copy of the Transport Canada Safety Board accident report. He was a Captain on a Twin Otter and flying for Bradley Air Services. He died along with 8 passengers and one other crew member. It was during an IFR approach in terrible weather and low visibility...the plane struck a hill top. “
