Gloria Ann Henry

LEWISTON - Gloria Ann Henry, 68, a resident of River Road, Livermore, died early Friday morning, Dec. 10, 1999, at d’Youville Pavillion where she had been a patient for two weeks.

She was born, July 19, 1931, in Livermore Falls, daughter of Peter and Carmelle Lebine Castonguay, and attended St. Rose of Lima School in Jay.

On April 11, 1955, she married Raymond Henry of Jay at St. Rose of Lima Church.

She was homemaker most of her life and had worked in the local shoe shops and the glove shop in Livermore.

She was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church in Jay and enjoyed reading and also talking with her friends on the CB radio where she was known as “Cream Puff.”

Survivors include her mother of Livermore Falls; her husband of 44 years of Livermore; two sons: Peter and Paul of Livermore; nine sisters: Lorraine Cote of Jay, Patricia Nadeau of Livermore, Margaret Williamson and her husband, Earl of New York, Theresa Maranda of Livermore, Louise Nollette of Livermore Falls, Claudette Lemelin and her husband, Alcide of Livermore, Jacqueline Mercier and her husband, David of Livermore, Anita Couture and her husband, Gilles of Livermore Falls and Pauline Dion and her husband, Alex of Jay; three brothers and their wives: Roger and Irene Castonguay of Jay, Rene and Anita Castonguay of Jay and Paul and Carol Castonguay of Livermore; and several nieces and nephews. “9871
